Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Events listed on Bizie are organized and managed by independent event hosts. We provide a platform to facilitate event management and communication, but we are not responsible or liable for:
All issues or disputes related to a specific event must be directed to the respective event host. Hosts control their event content, and it is their responsibility to communicate applicable policies or terms related to their events.
You may use the Service to upload, share, or publish content (e.g., text, graphics, video) (“Content”).
By submitting Content to the Service, you represent that you have the rights to do so and accept full responsibility for it. Unless explicitly agreed in writing otherwise, you grant Bizie.app and applicable event hosts an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use, display, adapt, modify, reproduce, and distribute that Content in any medium for any purpose.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not own, control, or assume responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of those sites or services. You access them at your own risk.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. You may only access the Service through interfaces we publicly support. You may not attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
If you import personal data (such as names and email addresses) into Bizie, you are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained the necessary consent to do so. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
All materials presented through the Service—including trademarks, text, software, images, and design—are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, reuse, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the platform or its content without our prior written permission.
Trademarks, logos, or branding elements belonging to Bizie App may not be used without express authorization.

We welcome feedback and ideas. Any suggestion, idea, or concept submitted to us (“Submissions”) is considered non-confidential and may be used without compensation. You assign all rights to such Submissions to us or, where assignment is not permitted, grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use and distribute them.

The Service is operated from the United States. Software available through the platform may be subject to U.S. export controls. You may not access or use the Service from countries or by individuals restricted under U.S. law, including those listed by OFAC or the BIS.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California. Claims must be brought within one year of the cause of action.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will remain in full force. No waiver will be effective unless in writing. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We reserve the right to transfer or assign these Terms or the Service without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. All provisions that would reasonably survive termination shall do so.
